Description de posteEnsure adherence to the Group's accounting and reporting rules Support the reporting entities where needed Perform Consolidation entries Prepare and submit Management Reporting Package Maintain the Group's Transfer Pricing guidelines, rules and processes Prepare yearly documentation at Group and Country level Liaise with the external audit teams at Group level and in countries Provide reporting package for review by the auditors Bachelor's or similar degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field. CPA degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consolidation and Group reporting tools. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O). Demonstrated experience in user support, training, and onboarding in a global environment. Proven ability to drive accounting processes and manage complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English, and good German skills (strong B2 or C1 level), French would be a great plus.
