Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP landscapes, including S / 4HANA, ECC, BW, and Solution Manager.
• Conduct installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations across on-premise and cloud environments (Azure).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement tuning measures to ensure stability.
• Support disaster recovery plans and backup procedures for SAP environments.
• Collaborate with development, functional, and infrastructure teams for ongoing system improvements and new deployments.
• Interpret and respond to detailed business requirements to align IT capabilities with organizational needs.
• Coordinate upgrade activities and project planning.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and executing system optimizations and automation.
• Document technical configurations and processes thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and internal policies.
• Scout new technologies, run proof of concepts, and liaise with vendors to define SAP infrastructure standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
