Agriculture UW team is part of the Specialty Lines portfolio within SCOR P&C. With a global mandate and a strong UW team, we are present in Zurich, Porto Allegre, Mumbai & Singapore.
This role is essential to support Head of Agriculture in managing various tasks including internal liaison, performance monitoring, renewal monitoring etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical / quantitative background (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance) and possess a high level of problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as trusted support to the Head of Agriculture Lines in the following core activities:
Technical Performance monitoring
Strategy Plan / Business Initiatives
Internal Liaison involving various stakeholders
Performance Monitoring: Assist the Head of Agriculture in making better use of various tools to get timely analytical insights into all matters related to Agriculture LOB.
Strategy Plan / Business Initiative: Oversee the coordination of various activities within Agri team on business plan, new initiatives etc.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration and ensure stakeholder engagement.
Act as a back-up and representation of the Head of Specialty Lines
Required experience & competencies
Excellent communication skills and command in English, knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of technical proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required Education
University degree in Mathematics, Science, Analytics or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
