Your Tasks
- Supervise and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Participate actively in menu planning and food preparation
- Maintain smooth coordination with the service team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Report to the F&B Manager in daily kitchen operations
Your Profile
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environmentStrong knowledge of kitchen management and food safety standardsA hands-on attitude and a passion for culinary excellenceTeam spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressureGerman communication skills – English is a strong assetYour Benefits
