Description de posteOversee a portfolio of client engagements in the financial services sector. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of advisory work across risk, compliance, governance, operations, or other financial services topics. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders. Contribute to the firm's commercial development by identifying opportunities within existing clients and the broader market. Participate in proposals, client presentations, and strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the Geneva practice. Represent the Geneva office within the broader organization. Partner with senior leadership to shape local strategy and contribute to national initiatives. Drive operational excellence and support the implementation of best practices across the office. 7-12 years of experience in consulting, ideally within a Big4 or a reputable financial services advisory firm (senior manager level). Strong expertise in financial services, with exposure to banking, wealth management, asset management, or related areas. Demonstrated experience in people management, coaching, and team leadership. Proven ability to manage complex projects and demanding clients. Strong communication skills in English; French, German is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset, able to drive initiatives and lead a small but growing office. High level of integrity, professionalism, and client orientation.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four consultants based in Geneva.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and act as the primary point of contact for Geneva activities.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and adherence to internal standards and methodologies.
