  • Architecture Design and Development : Lead the design, documentation, and evolution of HRIS architecture, focusing on SuccessFactors modules and integration with other systems.
  • Data Management and Integration : Develop and maintain data mapping, flows, and integration between SuccessFactors and other business applications (e.g., Payroll, Finance, ERP).
  • System Scalability and Optimization : Ensure the HRIS architecture is adaptable to organizational growth, delivering efficiency in data processing and system interactions.
  • Project Coordination : Collaborate with IT and HR teams to manage and implement system changes, upgrades, and enhancements while adhering to project timelines.
  • Security and Compliance : Maintain high standards for data security and privacy, ensuring the HRIS complies with regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices.
  • Documentation and Training : Develop detailed technical documentation and provide training for end-users and stakeholders to ensure seamless system use and adoption.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years in HRIS or IT architecture, with at least 3 years dedicated to SuccessFactors implementation and customization.
  • Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and other key modules; experience with integration tools (e.g., API, ETL) and data modeling.
  • Project Management : Proven ability to manage projects in complex, multi-application environments, with experience in Agile methodologies a plus.
  • Certifications : Certifications in SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc.) and TOGAF or a similar architecture framework is preferred.
  • You are eligible to work in Switzerland.

  • Languages : Proficiency in English and French is required; German or Italian is a plus.
