On behalf of one of our clients, an international private bank based in Geneva, we are seeking a :

Responsibilities

  • Support on the execution of the marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate the communication and execution of annual event plans.
  • Be the key contact with internal and external partners, suppliers, and local staff.
  • Prepare, send, and track invitations and correspondence with guests and participants Involve in all aspects of events, and meetings organization, and logistics to accommodation.
  • Manage the budget and follow-up of invoices and expenses related to events and ensure payments as well as any other document related to the event organization.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Marketing or Business Management degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience in marketing / events
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of private banking products and solutions is a plus
  • Sense of organization and priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
  • Curiosity and organization skills
  • Perfectly bilingual in English & French with an ability to write in both languages
  • Swiss residency
