Your team

Pictet Asset Services (PAS) provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients. We manage every aspect of the asset servicing value chain and our range of bespoke solutions include value-adding analytics, trading strategy support and digital front-end interfaces designed to provide an unrivalled customer experience.

Your role

  • Manage an existing portfolio of LATAM and Swiss-based EAMs specialised in Latin American clients and foster strong relationships through best-in-class service.
  • Assist clients with their requests to open new end-client accounts, evaluate end client compliance and tax profiles and ensure document completion.
  • Present the full range of the Bank’s services, identify new client needs and cross-selling opportunities, monitor client satisfaction and conduct annual service reviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any issues escalated and collaborate with client relationship officers to resolve them.
  • Manage pricing discussions and ensure our banking systems accurately reflect agreed-upon terms.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new business relationships in collaboration with business development as well as business risk and compliance.
  • Assist clients in navigating regulatory and legal obligations.
  • Negotiate Lombard loan requests, prepare proposals for credit committee reviews and manage annual renewals.
  • Oversee risk and compliance matters pertaining to assigned client portfolios, including updating documents and KYC processes as well as conducting risk controls.
  • Maintain records of all client information and interactions in the CRM tool.

Your profile

  • Five years’ experience in relationship management within custodian banking for the LATAM market or EAMs.
  • Excellent understanding of custodian bank services, Lombard loans and financial products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven expertise in building partnerships.
  • Best-in-class client servicing approach.
  • Systematic and structured with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Solid understanding of banking systems and CRM tools as well as a keen focus on data integrity.
  • Spanish native speaker, fluent French and English, Portuguese would be an asset.
  • Swiss residency is mandatory.
