THE ROLE
Based in Verbier, Switzerland | Full time (100%) | From mid-July / August 1, 2025 until April 30, 2026
We’re looking for a creative, design-driven and hands-on intern to join our Marketing team, with a focus on retail experience, design execution, and trade marketing.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales and design teams to support the rollout of seasonal campaigns in-store and online — helping our products show up strong in retail spaces, trade shows, and partner doors. Whether it's building a window concept for a ski retailer, adapting visual assets for a core shop, or assisting with campaign reporting — you’ll be right at the intersection of creativity, brand experience and sales.
Responsibilities
With the support of your manager, you will assist in :
Brand Visibility and Retail Engagement
- Design and adapt retail marketing assets, including POS materials, window graphics, signage, and trade shows layouts
- Create 3D mockups and layouts for retail environments
- Help bring creative direction to life across formats : from store displays to printed collateral to digital sell-in / sell-out tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, premium brand execution across retail spaces
- Be the main point of contact for marketing communications to our retail partners : delivering campaign assets, trade marketing materials, and updates in a timely, organized way
Traditional Trade and Digital Marketing Strategies
Assist in the creation of sell-in / sell-out tools and seasonal launch decks for internal and retail-facing useHelp produce and organize guidelines and retailer toolkitsCoordinate the delivery of campaign materials, brand assets, and product launch information to our global retail networkEnsure marketing calendars and asset libraries are up to date and accessible for internal and external useMarket Research and Analysis
Conduct retail benchmarking and visual merchandising trend research to inspire and elevate executionSupport post-campaign reporting and creative documentation (visual recaps, photos, layout archives)Help monitor and analyze partner feedback and asset usage to improve future campaign rolloutsRequirements
Background in Graphic Design, Interior / Spatial Design, or Visual Marketing CommunicationSkilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Experienced in 3D design tools such as SketchUp, Vectorworks, or similarOrganized and comfortable managing communication with multiple retail partnersStrong visual sense — able to design across formats and bring brand storytelling into physical spacesPassionate about freeski, snowboard, and outdoor cultureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, reliable, and collaborativeFluent in English (spoken and written); other languages a plus (French, German)Bonus : experience with print production, copywriting, or digital asset managementAvailability to work on weekends where necessary, with compensation of time off in the following weekBenefits
