Head of E-Commerce

The Head of Ecommerce for GUESS is responsible for leading the commercial performance, campaign execution, onsite merchandising, and content operations for the Guess.com digital flagship. This role ensures that our .com business delivers premium brand experience, strong conversion, and profitable growth across Europe and emerging online markets.

The role oversee the full ecommerce trading cycle, owning the trading calendar, driving daily performance actions, and ensuring all onsite content and merchandising reflect GUESS’s fashion DNA, commercial priorities, and customer expectations. A strong commercial mindset is essential, with analytical skills, leveraging data to optimize conversion, product performance, and campaign results.

Core Responsibilities

1. Own GUESS .com Commercial Performance

• Accountability for Guess.com business KPIs : revenue, conversion rate, AOV, margin, traffic productivity, and inventory sell-through.
• Lead weekly trading : analyze performance, identify opportunities, escalate risks, and drive actionable improvements.
• Optimize product availability, pricing, and offers in partnership with Planning, Buying.
• Ensure operational readiness and stock accuracy with Logistics, OMS, and Warehousing teams.
