A leading Swiss bsuiness is seeking a Team Lead for Functional BI Solutions to drive impactful projects and lead a skilled team of data experts. If you combine BI know-how, leadership skills, and a consulting mindset, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence the data landscape across diverse industries.
Your Role
- Lead and develop a team of BI professionals
- Work with sales to support pre-sales and shape client proposals
- Manage key client projects as a Senior Project Manager
- Expand BI offerings in collaboration with marketing and your network
- Act as the primary contact for clients and a mentor to your team
- Contribute to the broader leadership of the Data, Analytics & AI unit
- Travel within Switzerland (up to 2 days / week) to meet customers
