A self-sufficient real estate accountant / %We are a company active in the field of property management on the Vaud Riviera for 15 years, managing residential and commercial properties in the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg, and Neuchâtel. The company has about fifteen employees and offers the following services: property management (360 degrees), valorization services, analysis, monitoring, and development of property portfolios, brokerage / co-ownership. A self-sufficient real estate accountant / %Your mission: Managing the complete and independent accounting of a portfolio of properties under management (general accounting, debtors, and creditors) with the support of the department head. Execution and/or supervision of cash collections and creditor invoice entries and payments (available). Execution and/or supervision of bank transactions. Managing payroll and handling disputes with managers. Preparing charge statements. Closing accounts and preparing statements and maintaining dashboards. Managing various deadlines determined with the manager and communicating with clients for any file related to accounting and disputes. Correspondence (letters and emails) related to accounting and communication with other departments as well as with correspondents and organizing various accounting documents. Positive mindset and ease of collaboration. Mastery of common tools (MS Office). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a real estate accountant position (or similar).
