Position : Associate Director Marketing (Beauty EMEA)

What you will be doing :
Reporting to the VP of Marketing EMEA, this pivotal leadership role will drive the strategic marketing agenda for Helen of Troy’s Beauty division across the region. You will lead a talented team to grow and activate the Curlsmith, Revlon, and Drybar brands, translating global vision into impactful, locally relevant strategies that meet financial targets and fuel long-term growth. These brands enjoy strong equity and loyal followings, but face diverse market challenges—from fierce competition to the need for tailored regional and country-specific consumer engagement.
Working in close partnership with Global Marketing and EMEA Sales, you will shape and execute go-to-market plans that support omni-channel sales and deepen brand resonance. You’ll oversee all aspects of 360° marketing—from digital, social, PR, and events to retail displays, trade shows, and DTC initiatives—while equipping sales teams and distributors with the tools they need to succeed.
Additionally, you’ll lead the localization of eCommerce and digital platforms across EMEA, ensuring content, campaigns, and product catalogues reflect regional needs and languages. This is a unique opportunity to elevate iconic brands and make a lasting impact across a dynamic and diverse market.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Profitability
- Lead the 5-Year Strategic Plan and P&L delivery for Beauty EMEA.
- Adapt global brand strategies to align with regional market and consumer trends.
- Drive cross-functional execution with Marketing COEs and Sales teams.
- Define KPIs aligned with OGSM and track performance.
Innovation & Product Development
Collaborate with global teams to launch successful NPD programs.Oversee product innovation, packaging, and regional rollouts.Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies.Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights
Lead market research to maintain brand leadership.Analyze performance and trends to inform strategy and product development.Translate insights into actionable plans and share learnings across teams.Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop the EMEA Beauty Marketing team, ensuring strong performance and succession planning.Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation.Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure compliance and inventory alignment.Marketing Execution & Go-to-Market
Translate brand strategies into impactful programs across channels and markets.Present plans to Sales teams and align with regional needs.Build joint marketing strategies with key customers and influencers.Monitor KPIs, optimize ROI, and guide marketing spend decisions.Skills needed to be successful in this role :

University degree in marketing, business management or a related field required.10's + years in related experience preferableAuthorized to work in Switzerland on a full-time basisPreferred Experience :
