Global Content & Campaign Project Leader

Our client is a recognizeable worldwide brand.

Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the development and execution of integrated global communication campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and content recommendations for both online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Support the implementation of content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the development, adaptation, and delivery of content assets for international markets and local business needs.
• Coordinate external creative partners, including agencies, photographers, videographers, designers, and freelancers.
• Provide creative guidance and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and quality expectations.
• Oversee photo and video productions, including briefing, execution, post-production, and final asset validation.
• Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to develop visual communication materials and brand assets.
• Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives.
• Monitor market trends, emerging communication opportunities, and best practices to continuously enhance content performance.
• Anticipate project risks and challenges, proposing proactive and practical solutions when needed.

Profile :

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in content marketing, creative project management, or a similar role.
• Experience within the watchmaking, luxury, fashion, beauty/cosmetics, or another premium consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
• Experience managing creative productions and collaborating with agencies or external suppliers.
• Strong creative sensibility and ability to assess and guide content quality without necessarily being a graphic designer or art director.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset, solution-oriented approach, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
