Rôle de coordination pour l'équipe Payroll locale composée de 4 personnes.
Garantir le bon déroulement de l'administration du personnel et des salaires pour environ 900 collaborateurs sur le site et ses filiales.
Gestion de l'ensemble des activités liées aux salaires et aux assurances sociales, incluant la coordination avec les partenaires sociaux et les administrations, ainsi que les travaux de bouclage de fin d'année.
Interlocuteur de référence pour toutes les questions relatives aux assurances sociales, à l'impôt à la source, à la caisse de pension, à la gestion des temps, etc.
Collaboration à divers projets, tels que l'établissement d'indicateurs RH (KPI), de statistiques et de rapports, ou l'optimisation des processus et systèmes de paie.
Qualifikationen
Formation continue en Payroll ou en assurances sociales.
Plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement au sein d'une entreprise internationale.
Très bonnes connaissances de SAP HCM ainsi qu'une expérience approfondie des processus RH et de leurs interfaces.
Personnalité orientée services, dotée d'une mentalité "hands-on" et d'une méthode de travail proactive et précise.
Maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais (oral et écrit). L'allemand constitue un atout.
