Responsibilities
- Independently perform routine and validation physico-chemical assays (, identity, purity, content testing) for biologics and related substances
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in all laboratory activities
- Prepare mobile phases and calibrate laboratory equipment (, pH meters, balances)
- Troubleshoot and support investigations of laboratory equipment issues, proposing corrective actions
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and readiness for audits, including inventory and consumables management
- Support the drafting and revision of instrument SOPs
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lab optimization projects
