Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, security practices, and SaaS tool ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our internal systems and digital operations. You will manage company equipment, access controls, data backups, and IT policies, while also leading the setup and integration of key business tools across customer support, marketing, analytics, product, and supply chain functions. This is a cross-functional role that collaborates closely with teams across the organization to support operational excellence and scalable growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage Company Equipment
• Maintain and track inventory of company hardware (laptops, phones, monitors, etc.).
• Manage device lifecycle : provisioning, maintenance, decommissioning.
• Use device management software (Intune) for remote management.
• Manage Accounts and Credentials
• Handle user provisioning and deprovisioning for all company systems.
• Implement and maintain access management systems like SSO, IAM.
• Maintain security of shared credentials.
• Manage Security and Privacy
• Develop and enforce company-wide security protocols (MFA, endpoint protection, encryption).
• Partner with legal / compliance for data privacy law adherence.
• Conduct periodic audits and security training.
• Perform cybersecurity assessment and take corrective measures, as needed
• Manage Backups
• Implement backup solutions for cloud services, databases, and internal systems.
• Regularly test backup integrity and restoration processes.
• Ensure offsite or cloud redundancy as needed.
• Manage IT Policy
• Draft and update IT usage policies, including acceptable use, data retention, and BYOD.
• Conduct periodic training on IT policies and data security awareness.
• Ensure documentation and version control for all policies.
• Manage Setup & Integration of Tools
• Set up and maintain integrations across core tools, including :
• Freshdesk – Customer support / ticketing
• Klaviyo – Email and SMS marketing automation
• Hubspot – CRM and marketing / sales automation
• AWS Supply Chain – Supply chain visibility and optimization
• AppsFlyer – Mobile attribution and marketing analytics
• RevenueCat – In-app subscriptions and monetization management
• Amplitude – Product analytics and user behavior insights
• Segment – Customer data infrastructure and event tracking
• MentionMe – Referral marketing platform
• Phrase – Translation and localization management
• App Store Connect – iOS app publishing and performance tracking
• Google Play Console – Android app management and analytics
• AppCircle – Mobile CI / CD and release automation
• Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Structure) – Project management, documentation, and roadmap planning
• Other tools being a plus (Netsuite, WooCommerce)
• Work closely with relevant departments (e.g., marketing, ops, CS) to align tool use with business objectives.
• Ensure tools are secure, compliant, and scalable.
