For an international company active in the retail sector, we are looking for a Group Tax Manager. The company has 2 offices (Fribourg and Montreux).

Description

• Transfer pricing compliance for all entities of the Group (Local Files, Master File, Country-by-Country report)
• Following Transfer Pricing and Tax updates in the legislation for the countries in which the Group is present
• Legislative developments
• Pillar II
• Other tax and legal tasks and projects as required
• Corporate Tax and Tax Accounting Advisory
• Assist the company with legal administration matters
• Act as subject matter expert for all corporate international tax purposes
• Update and review ICS procedure for the company
• Coordination with broker of Group insurance program
• GDPR (local DPO)

Profile

• 10 years of experience in the tax, transfer pricing
• English Fluent
• High level of personal integrity and strong work-ethic
• Reliable and diligent with strong risk-management skills
• Solution-oriented, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
• Structured mind with ability
