Project Manager - Civil Engineer (Structural Specialist)

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a specialization in structural engineering to join our dynamic team.
As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee construction projects, including residential buildings, industrial facilities, public infrastructure, and art structures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Dimensioning : Develop and optimize structural designs using reinforced concrete, prefabricated concrete, prestressed concrete, steel, and timber structures.
- Technical Documentation : Prepare comprehensive technical reports, expert assessments, and calculation notes.
- Cost Management : Handle cost estimates, bids, and financial statements.
- Project Coordination : Plan and coordinate technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Execution Monitoring : Supervise and control project implementation to meet quality standards.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural / Civil Engineering.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in project management within the construction industry.
- Skills : Proficiency in Axis and Cubus tools, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with SIA standards.
- Attributes : Leadership and communication abilities, diplomacy, organizational acumen, and stress resilience. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt are essential.
Language Requirements :
French : Native or bilingual proficiency (oral and written).
