Your tasks :

• Collaborate with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intention.
• Drive improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input.
• Create innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
• Guide UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and user research / testing.
• Apply and define UX design frameworks for user experiences.
