Senior Endpoint Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Endpoint Specialist to join our Endpoint Administration and Protection team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the secure efficient and scalable management of our endpoint infrastructure across the organization. As a senior member of the team you will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows-based endpoints across the enterprise.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune for device enrollment compliance and configuration.
• Package deploy and maintain applications using modern tools and best practices.
• Oversee mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android platforms.
• Implement and monitor Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to ensure endpoint security.
• Utilize ManageEngine Endpoint Central or Microsoft Endpoint Manager for centralized endpoint management.
• Automate and manage patching processes to ensure timely updates and compliance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for endpoint configurations procedures and standards.
• Design and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor endpoint health compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support endpoint lifecycle and security initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
