Business Developper Director - International Trust Company

Job Description

Client Solutions & International Structuring Executive

  • Define and implement the future vision and strategy for business development in Switzerland and neighbouring jurisdictions.
  • Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals
  • Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
  • Generate new business growth through network development, new client acquisition, client retention and sales campaign.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with our new and existing clients
  • Identify and assess new market opportunities and potential acquisition targets
  • Work closely with senior team members to identify and manage business development risks
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with clients, professional intermediaries and relationship managers across diferrent jurisdictions
  • Assist prospective clients with the establishment of sophisticated corporate and fiduciary structures
  • Prepare new business proposals and support colleagues in the development of new business
  • Manage and lead related projects as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • BSc / BA in law, finance, business administration or related field
  • English and French spoken
  • Proven experience as Client Solutions Executive over multiple jurisdictions (minimum of 7-10 years practical work experience);
  • Good knowledge of the international tax and regulatory environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial and Management industry's standards, legal & regulations
  • Experience in tactical sale strategies to promote business growth
  • Experience in leading a team, setting goals, monitoring progress and enforcing employee development programmes;
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate new business opportunities
  • Pro-active, rigorous and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Project management skills, able to have to juggle a number of projects at one time.
