Tech Driven Operations analyst - Single Family Office

Job Description

We have been exclusively mandated by one of our client, a Single -Family Office in Geneva. We are looking to add to the Team a Tech-driven Operations officer to oversee and optimise a diversified portfolio across multiple asset classes, ensuring robust risk management, performance monitoring, and operational excellence. It is a newly created position to support the investment team by combining data-driven insights, technology-driven processes, and hands-on execution to maintain and enhance the investment structure.

In terms of tasks, the right candidate will be able to do the following :

Core Responsibilities

1 / Data-Driven Investment Reporting

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for the CIO.
• Ensure data accuracy by coordinating between custodians, accounting systems, and internal tools.
• Automate monthly cash-flow reports for efficiency.
• Lead projects to improve processes and introduce new tech solutions.

In terms of profile, we are looking for the following :

In terms of profile, we are looking for the following : - Masters Degree in Finance / IT or Economics with a very good knowledge in Data science. - French and English fluency - 1-5 years of experience in Back / Middle Office positions or IT related roles with experience in digital tools and data analytics softwares, workflow automation… - A good knowledge of financial instruments (Liquid or illiquid investments) with ideally a knowledge of total performance calculation. - Strong knowledge of Excel modelling, AlternativeSoft, Bloomberg and perf analytics platforms will be a clear plus. - Ability to lead projects by himself, including driving software changes and implementing new tools to improve operation workflows. - Problem-solving attitude with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve them quickly. - Autonomy, Proactivity, Commitment and will to improve things with high speed decision taking person.
