Develop scalable backend solutions for large-scale data processing Engage in the full life-cycle application development, including user requirements, specifications, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and maintenance Implement high-quality, reusable, and well-tested software solutions using object-oriented programming languages such as Java

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field, or a completed apprenticeship in computer science with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence Professional Experience : 2-6 years of experience in backend development, particularly in Java Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (Java preferred) Proficiency in testing frameworks like JUnit Knowledge of database management systems is essential, familiarity with MongoDB is a plus Familiarity with Spring Boot, Kafka, and Flink is a plus Experience with Big Data and large-scale data processing is highly valued You are proactive, take responsibility, and show initiative in driving improvements and optimizations English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Other languages are a plus Swiss or EU / EFTA citizen (with a work permit B or C)
