Description de posteBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Some experience in an operations role, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational tools and software. Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus. Introduction
ALCYONE CAPITAL AG, a family office based in ZUg, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
As an Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include :
- Managing and optimizing daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems, tools, and workflows to enhance operational performance.
- Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with portfolio managers and IT team to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Providing support for ad hoc operational tasks
