The Field Service Engineer is part of the Inpeco Customer Success Team, based in our Headquarters in Novazzano, Switzerland. The role is focused on supporting clients and partners with automation and other Inpeco products, performing on-site tasks such as installations, upgrades, and training. The position also requires travelling globally to support key clients and partners.
In details the Filed Service Engineer will have the following main responsibilities : taking part in the installation, configuration, testing and routine start-up of laboratory automation systems; providing remote and onsite technical products support direct clients and partners; carrying out periodic analyses of the performance and workflow of installed systems; handling customers complaints and supporting them in solving technical issues; delivering dedicated technical / application training to direct clients and partners; producing and updating the technical material required for the training courses; providing duty availability to cover Inpeco technical hot line.
