This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in high-end retail environments, combines commercial vision with impeccable service standards, and knows how to cultivate meaningful relationships with sophisticated clientele (U-HNWI).

The Position

As Boutique Director, you will oversee the boutique’s performance, team, and client strategy. You will drive business growth, elevate the customer journey, and enhance the boutique’s positioning within Geneva’s competitive luxury scene. Your leadership will ensure excellence in operations, image, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Shape and implement the boutique’s commercial strategy to grow revenue and client engagement.
• Develop partnerships, identify new client opportunities, and nurture a loyal clientele base.
• Use CRM insights to steer clienteling initiatives and strengthen repeat business.
• Represent the boutique at selected luxury and community events to broaden visibility.
