Position Overview :

We are seeking a Digital Transformation & Procurement Category Manager to lead our ERP procurement migration project with specialized focus on Radiology category.

This role is essential to ensuring successful digital transformation of our procurement processes data migration and supplier onboarding for radiological equipment and medical technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Transformation & ERP Migration

Onboard radiology suppliers on new ordering system and provide comprehensive training support

Develop change management strategies and digital adoption training content

Ensure seamless procurement process integration within new ERP system

Track pricing evolution reconcile invoiced vs. ordered prices and analyze budget impacts

Create comprehensive reports and TCO analysis using Power BI and Excel

Radiology Category Expertise

Manage CAPEX procurement for radiological equipment (CT MRI X-ray ultrasound systems)

Calculate and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) including equipment installation training and lifecycle costs

Negotiate and manage maintenance contracts ensuring optimal service levels and cost efficiency

Analyze lease vs. purchase decisions for high-value equipment

Define technical specifications and ensure regulatory compliance

Identify and assess specialized radiology equipment suppliers for digital integration

Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards

Handle accounts payable processes within new ERP framework

Your Profile

Qualifications

Experienced Procurement Specialist with strong IT proficiency .

Strong background in BI digital solutions and finance or supplier accounting.

Expertise in data management (Power BI Excel).

Excellent reporting skills and a result-oriented mindset.

Fluent in German and English (C1 minimum); French is a plus.

Demonstrated proficiency in Coupa and Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Business Administration Engineering or related field.
