We’re expanding our Contracting Life Science Team in Zurich and are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to focus on CAPEX projects and Technical Operations across the pharma and biotech sector.

This is a 360° role — blending sales, relationship management, and talent delivery. You’ll work with leading Life Science companies across Switzerland and Europe, helping them deliver critical projects by finding the right technical experts at the right time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Recruit for impact : Source, engage, and place top Engineering and TechOps professionals into project-based roles within pharma and biotech.
• Own your market : Manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying client needs to negotiating offers and contracts.
• Develop business : Build and expand relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities in CAPEX, manufacturing, and operations projects.
• Collaborate & grow : Work closely with an experienced team to share market insights, refine your commercial edge, and build your Life Science expertise.
• Stay curious : Continuously learn about emerging technologies, project landscapes, and market trends.
