Senior Customer & Logistics Planner 100% H / F
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION :
- Process customer orders and issue invoices accurately and on time
- Coordinate product shipments between supply sites, third-party logistics (3PL), and customers
- Prepare and issue required shipping documents
- Monitor deliveries, resolve transport incidents, and liaise with our global transportation team
- Manage returns, reworks, and back-charging of related costs
- Ensure tolling and invoicing rules are followed by customers and supply partners
- Support month-end closing and sales reporting
- Handle supplier and tolling fee invoices, and resolve payment or price issues
- Maintain up-to-date data for customers, contracts, and product sources in SAP
- Collaborate with Quality, Finance, Purchasing, and Regulatory teams
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), EHS, finance and audit regulations
PROFIL ATTENDU :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain (pharmaceutical or consumer goods preferred)Solid experience in international logistics, exports / imports, and working with 3PLs and suppliersStrong SAP knowledge and computer skillsHigh attention to detail with excellent time and task managementAbility to work independently and meet deadlines under pressureGreat communication and teamwork skills in an international environmentUnderstanding of Supply Chain processes, distribution, and compliance standards
