We're looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our international team working fully remotely from anywhere in Greece. Your Responsibilities :

Support customers via phone, email, and chat in German

Provide outstanding service and resolve inquiries efficiently

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements :

German proficiency at C1 / C2 level (spoken and written)

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Previous customer support experience is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Team-player attitude and a proactive mindset

Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
