Was du bewegst

Selbständige und professionelle telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung der Privatkreditkundschaft
Bearbeitung der Debitorenverwaltung und Privatkredite inkl. Mahnwesen
Bearbeitung rechtliches Inkasso nach SchKG
Ansprechperson für die Kundenbetreuenden aus verschiedenen Niederlassungen

Was du mitbringst

Bildung : Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ) Kaufmännische Grundausbildung

Berufserfahrung : 2-5 Jahre Inkasso wünschenswert

Gute Kenntnisse im SchKG (z.B. Betreibungsprozess)

Verhandlungssicher im Umgang mit der Kundschaft

Natürliches Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten

Freude an intensiver Zusammenarbeit im Team

Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)

Französisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)

Italienisch (von Vorteil)

Englisch (von Vorteil)
