Key responsibilities :

• Ensure timely and high quality development, change, optimization and control of production and cleaning recipes and documentation (EBR, SOP, etc.) in accordance to local procedures
• During recipe building phase creates necessary objects in MES / DeltaV, testes them in development environment, and monitors those blocks during commissioning and qualification phase
• Delivers automation input required for the specific set-up, commissioning and qualification of the manufacturing suites and equipment.
• Representing interface for automation-related matters between different departments, e.g. ensures that the conditions and specifications for successful execution of a project are brought to the responsible parties in the planning and engineering phase.
• Monitors functionality of manufacturing records (EBR) in MES / DeltaV during water batch and first batch in production phase and takes corrective action in case of deviations.
• Support of running production in case of automation trouble-shooting for the assigned automation recipes.
• Continuously improves procedures and processes (6S, Lean Sigma, KAIZEN, EPS) in compliance with safety, hygiene, environmental and quality requirements in the area of responsibility.
