The Perfect Candidate

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in managing Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and a proven track record in contract negotiations. Fluency in English and solid practical knowledge of GMP are essential.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing activities and CDMO site selection, including due diligence assessments

Conduct pricing negotiations

Manage contracting activities for CMO agreements

Execute Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) processes for CMOs

Must Haves

University degree in a scientific or business field (or equivalent)

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CMO Management or procurement within the CMO landscape (

Proven GMP experience (

Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace

Fluent English communication skills

Outstanding communication abilities (

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Demonstrated expertise in negotiating CMO contracts (
