Als Leiter / -in Supply Services (m / w / d) trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für Absatzplanung, Produktionsplanung, Werkslogistik, Konfektionierung, Kommissionierung sowie den Kundenservice in der DACH Region. In dieser zentralen Funktion verbindest du unsere Standorte mit internationalen Partnern und treibst die strategische Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Supply Chain voran.

Was du tun wirst

Ganzheitliche Verantwortung : Du steuerst mit Deinem Team Absatz- und Produktionsplanung, Werkslogistik, Konfektionierung, Kommissionierung sowie den Kundenservice

Führung & Entwicklung : Du führst und entwickelst ein engagiertes Team und unterstützt es durch Coaching und Mentoring.

Finanzielle Steuerung : Du verantwortest Budget und Kostenstellen der Abteilung Supply Services und sorgst für Effizienz und nachhaltiges Wachstum.

Innovation & Optimierung : Du initiierst und leitest Supply-Chain-Projekte mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung und kontinuierlicher Prozessoptimierung.

Zusammenarbeit & Kundenorientierung : Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Schwestergesellschaften zusammen, unterstützt Export und Zollabwicklung und stellst einen exzellenten, lösungsorientierten Kundenservice sicher.

Was du mitbringst

Fundierte Supply-Chain-Expertise : Tiefes Fachwissen im Product Supply Management mit Fokus auf Logistik und Planung sowie sichere Kenntnisse in Export- und Zollabwicklung.

Erprobte Führungskompetenz : Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Teams, mit einem authentischen, inspirierenden Leadership-Stil.

• Strategischer Gestaltungswille : Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu durchdringen und zukunftsorientierte Strategien abzuleiten.

Unternehmerisches Denken & Belastbarkeit : Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen.

Kommunikationsfähigkeit : Sehr gute soziale und kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit klarer Kundenorientierung

Sprachkompetenz : Sehr gute Sprachkompetenzen in Englisch und Deutsch sowie Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
