THE ROLE
Based in Valais Switzerland | 15 November 2025 - 15 April 2026
We are seeking an enthusiastic On-Snow Demo & Events intern to join our Swiss team. This internship provides a unique chance to gain practical experience in sales and event execution within the international outdoor sports industry.
Responsibilities : Demo Management :
- Coordinate and manage on-snow demo events for all the company brands : Faction Skis, United Shapes, and Phaenom footwear
- Collaborate closely with the Swiss Sales Leads to ensure your smooth execution of on-snow demos
- Transport product samples to and from events, set up demo tents and equipment at various locations, including ski resorts and trade shows
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers during demo events, showcasing products and addressing any questions
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the Sales team
- Manage the sample fleet of skis, snowboards, and boots, including receiving products from the warehouse, tracking inventory, prepping and tuning products prior to demos to ensure they are clean and in optimal working condition
