PRODUCTION OPERATORS (m / w / d)

In this role you will execute day-to-day manufacturing operations with precision and care ensuring that all steps of the mycelium-based production process meet safety quality and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare substrates and materials according to production recipes and protocols.
  • Operate equipment for mixing forming and incubation processes.
  • Handle biological materials with respect to hygiene and fermentation standards.
  • Monitor key production parameters (time temperature moisture) during operations.
  • Operate machines and tools involved in shaping drying or processing mycelium products.
  • Conduct routine checks and report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities.
  • Support maintenance tasks and cleanliness of machines and tools.
  • Follow established procedures for machine start-up shutdown and cleaning.
  • Perform visual and dimensional quality checks on products throughout the process.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene safety and environmental procedures.
  • Record production data and incident reports clearly and accurately.
  • Participate in safety briefings and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task distribution.
  • Support cross-training and flexible task rotation on the production floor.
