How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to the Head of Group Internal Communication, Corporate Functions, this role will be responsible for :

Relationship Management & Engagement : Global Communication Teams (50%)

  • Maintaining oversight of the global Richemont internal communication activities
  • Working collaboratively with all Richemont communication colleagues / ambassadors, acting as a trusted advisor on best practices
  • Hosting regular content and calendar planning sessions with each regional internal communications team
  • Producing a monthly editorial calendar to share transversally with Richemont’s Maisons
  • Coordinating the global cascade of Richemont communication projects : for example, ensuring the communication materials produced at HQ are activated according to the communication plan, business objectives, and where required, tailored to local needs

Leadership Communication and events (25%)

  • Organising events and engagements on behalf of senior management
  • Ability to advise on event or content formats for all-employee senior management engagements (videos messages, event engagements, written interviews, etc.)
  • End-to-end management of employee townhalls, hosted on behalf of our senior management
  • Management of suppliers required to execute events, videos or interviews
  • Full ownership of creative content and assets to be used at an event, from the setup to the slides, the speeches, etc.
  • Pre-Event : Responsible for all employee-facing communication and management briefing / coaching
  • Post-event : Ability to efficiently work on resulting actions, including any Q&A follow-up required for publication internally
  • Corporate Function Communication Projects (25%)

  • Working transversally across the Corporate Functions Internal Communication team on all Richemont internal communication projects, in line with the editorial calendar
  • Copy-writing English editorial content across all topic areas and for multi-channel usage
  • Monitoring delivery of creative assets (videos, imagery, graphics) to deadline
  • Monitoring delivery of translation materials (for all assets)
  • Ensuring the annual ESG report is accessible and understandable to all employee groups
  • Designing the annual sustainability internal communication calendar
  • Managing the approval flow of all internal sustainability communication
  • Acting as deputy to the Head of Internal Communication, Corporate Functions, leading in his / her absence
  • HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 10 - 15 years’ experience in an internal communications, PR or corporate communications function, preferably in a large, matrixed organization
  • BA or master’s degree in communication, digital media, visual communications, or related field
  • Event management experience, able to execute leadership events to a very high standard, with particular attention to detail at every level
  • Experience of ESG / sustainability concepts and communication landscape
  • A digital native. Able to work in a leading yet hands-on-manner with proficiency on a CMS
  • Required computer software skills : Microsoft Office basics; Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred Skills in : Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator etc.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills (English Required)
  • Native or near native fluency in English. Additional European or non-European language an advantage.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and work seamlessly with external suppliers, operating with a collaborative mindset
  • A natural communicator, able to transmit requirements and instructions in a simple manner
  • Highly organised, able to see through multiple projects at once, and keep track of communication activations
  • Acting with a high degree of integrity and professionalism and building strong professional working relationships
  • Able to work transparently and to deadline, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Is a trustworthy partner, able to work on confidential or sensitive information in liaison with senior stakeholders
  • Is agile in his / her approach, able to shift priorities, depending on the needs of the business
  • Creative thinker, able to advise internal stakeholders on the best ways to address key messages to diverse employee groups
  • Willing to travel up to 30% to engage with local communication teams and audit communication activity
