VOTRE MISSION  :

Administration pour la division Technology & Operations (T&O)

Administration des contrats  : création, classement, suivi des échéances et mise à jour de la base contrats.

Gestion de la facturation des fournisseurs : réception, traitement et validation des factures, contrôle et envoi des ordres d’achats (PO) aux fournisseurs.

Administration de l’outil des PO  : supervision de la création et de la validation des PO, être garant de la bonne utilisation de l’outil de gestion des PO,

Support aux utilisateurs T&O dans l’utilisation ,

Suivi Comptable pour la division T&O

Suivi des engagements  : extraire les données de l’outil de suivi des PO pour alimenter le suivi financier et le présenter sous format de tableau de bord, analyser le niveau de dépenses en cash et en P&L par rapport aux engagements.

Outil de suivi financier  : gérer la création des lignes budgétaires, s’assurer que l’outil de suivi financier à destination des opérationnels reflète bien la clôture comptable.

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Formation financière, contrôle de gestion, comptable ;
• Maîtrise de l'environnement informatique MS Office ;
• Excellente présentation, aisance orale ;
• Aptitude à travailler en équipe ;
• Esprit de service, précision, autonomie et sens accru de la confidentialité ;
• Une connaissance de l’outil Coupa serait un plus ;
