Projects aim :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to assist in the improvement analysis validation and implementation of our costing process.

This role will provide hands-on experience in production costing and strategic analysis working closely with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient costing practices.

Duration : 6 months

Projects course of action :

I. Input Production (Pre-Costing Exercise) :

Evaluate and analyze demonstrated performance pack / polyval metrics (line speed OF changeover format changeover demonstrated cadency ). Evaluate and analyse demonstrated performance bulk metrics (equipment performance cleaning time per equipment). Determine the number of operators per line (pack bulk) Develop strategy format priorities per line (pack bulk) Use Master Receipe to recalculate performance (mathematical way already aligned)

II. Performance Scrap Year 1 :

Pack :

• Utilize Yield Quantity reports from finance.
• Analyze propose and validate new scrap rates for the upcoming year with the Production Unit.
• Schedule meetings for data clarification with Finance.

III. Technical Specifications :

Review overfilling specifications with technical teams or based on existing documentation for liquids and SSOL. Ensure no changes in liquid density update if necessary.

IV. Input HUB / Strategy on Inventory :

Provide recommendations on turn per family or SKU. Recommend Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).

V. Volume Input :

Confirm volume per SKU as agreed during the SRM cycle.
