We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Solutions Lead.
The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in omnichannel strategy, marketing, and digital marketing, with a strong focus on the development and production of impactful marketing materials tailored to the healthcare ecosystem.
Temporary replacement - may be extended
Location : Switzerland
Remote : 100%
Start : ASAP
Key Responsibilities :
- Adapt and execute the EU / Mid Markets Osteo strategy at the local level following the 70 / 30 principle (70% centrally driven, 30% locally adapted).
- Develop and implement local solutions that address the specific needs, insights, and drivers of the AT / CH ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Access, Sales, and other local teams.
- Co-create with external stakeholders (HCPs, KOLs, patient associations) to design impactful, patient-centric projects.
- Monitor KPIs, measure outcomes, and ensure alignment with the Immunology Patient Value Brand Plan (PVBP).
- Actively participate in Mid Markets / EU communities, sharing insights and best practices.
