This position can be based in either St Gallen, Switzerland or in Cyprus.

Due to company growth, we are looking for the next key hire to our Finance Team – our new IFRS Reporting Manager . Reporting to the Head of Controlling, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of financial reports, including the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

You will ensure accurate financial reporting, interpret complex accounting standards, and provide strategic insights to senior management. As our IFRS Reporting Manager , you will collaborate with internal departments and external auditors, manage reporting timelines, and ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate policies. A key focus of your role is to maintain the integrity of financial data and support the Company in understanding the implications of IFRS on business decisions.

What you’ll do : IFRS Reporting

• Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting across all entities and business units.
• Manage the external audit process and act as the primary liaison with external auditors.
