Description de posteBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, Certificate in Treasury) is an advantage. A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury or financial management, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, intercompany loan management and financial risk management. Experience with Kyriba treasury management systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with different stakeholders. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
The Treasury Manager at Unilabs plays a critical role in managing the company's liquidity, funding strategies, financial risk and global insurance policy program. This position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing treasury cash management processes, mitigation of market risks and the rollout of treasury solutions and insurance policies in support of our business units. The Treasury Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to analyze cash flows, enhance forecasting accuracy, implement best practices in treasury management.
Key Responsabilities
- Oversee cash management operations including bank account structures and cash pooling arrangements.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, identifying cash needs and advising on investment opportunities.
- Implement and monitor treasury policies and procedures to ensure liquidity and mitigate financial risk.
- Support financing arrangements, manage debt instruments, and optimize the cost of capital.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights on cash management and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, reporting, and auditing standards related to treasury activities.
- Lead treasury-related projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing the overall treasury function.
- Support the rollout of ERP and TMS.
- Day to day management of global insurance programs.
