For one of our clients based in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a : Manager & Finance (80–100%) M / FIn the context of the group's evolution, you will play a central role at Management. You will oversee the entire department and finance, managing a team of 4 to 5 responsibilities.Management & Structuring the Team- Optimize internal processes and formalize procedures- Supervise the management of apprentices- Ensure interdepartmental fluidity (commercial, digital, management)Finance & Accounting- Oversee general and analytical accounting- Coordinate with the external fiduciary- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and finances- Participate in monthly and annual closings- Optimize management toolsHR & Support in HR Management (social insurance, monitoring)- Support Management in the group's growth and development- Be proactive in continuous improvementYour Profile- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role in SMEs and team management- Excellent accounting knowledge (Swiss standards)- Comfortable with ERP systems- Very good command of MS Office- Independent, structured, proactive personality with a solution-oriented mindset- Comfortable in a dynamic environment, with good stress management- Knowledge of German is an assetWe offer- A role within a growing group- Significant decision-making autonomy- A stimulating environment- A young, engaged, and dynamic team- Flexibility in the work rate (80–100%)- Start date : to be agreed uponInterested?
