You will be responsible for maintaining a robust dataernance framework, including policies, procedures, controls, and training within the establishment. The role ensurespliance with regulatory requirements and enhances data quality and integrity across the establishment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement best practices in data management and foster a data-driven culture within the establishment.

Maintain and further develop the establishment’s dataernance framework for Switzerland and relevant international entities.

Sustain and enforce data management policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data availability, integrity, and confidentiality.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Legal, Risk Office, IT, Information Security, and the Data Protection Officer.

Manage the data classification and identification process along the data lifecycle, and identify and mitigate risks associated with data management practices.

Support the periodic data deletion process based on data retention policies and regulatory requirements.

Assist in data quality management initiatives by identifying and rectifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies.

Develop dataernance metrics and KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.

Initiate and conduct employee training and awareness programs to promote a data-driven culture and best practices.
