IT Project Manager - Functional Consultant (m / w / d) RemoteWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - Functional Consultant on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading global pharmaceutical company in Basel. Our client is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, developing breakthrough treatments that improve and extend people's lives worldwide.Responsibilities As an IT Project Manager - Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing complex business transformation initiatives within our client's technology landscape.End-to-End SAP Cutover Management :  Provide comprehensive business cutover management for the RLT workstream within the LDC programStrategic Planning :  Develop and maintain integrated cutover strategies, detailed plans, milestones, and readiness criteriaCross-Functional Coordination :  Align closely with RLT cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated readiness across all impacted business functionsImplementation Support :  Support RLT across related implementation topics to enable successful delivery of LDC solutionsProgram Management :  Manage ramp-up and ramp-down activities aligned with program phases and cutover milestonesStakeholder Management :  Coordinate business and technology stakeholders to effectively manage cutover risks, issues, and dependenciesExecution Leadership :  Lead cutover execution activities including mock cutovers, go-live coordination, and seamless transition to business-as-usual operationsProject Coordination :  Support release manager for comprehensive project planning, tracking, reporting, and alignment activitiesGovernance Support :  Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and country alignments while representing release stream leadership as requiredProject period :   to ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within pharmaceutical or highly regulated industriesStrong understanding of system implementations, cutover management, and business process transformationDemonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage complex dependenciesFluency in English required; additional European languages (German, French) considered an assetExperience working in international, multicultural environments with matrix organizational structuresBenefitsRemote work with occasional travel ( only if needed, based on project requirements )Extensive learning and development opportunities including training programs, certifications, and career advancement pathsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with access to latest technologies and methodologies5 weeks of vacation  /  40-hour work weekFull coverage of certification costsReka Card with 20% discount (up to CHF 2,400)CHF 400 annual contribution towards a fitness subscription jid08a493ea jit0207a jiy26a
