Was du tun wirst

• Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für nationale Key Accounts im Retail-/Convenience-Umfeld und entwickelst diese strategisch wie operativ weiter.
• Gemeinsam mit dem Verkaufsleiter definierst du kundenindividuelle Wachstumsstrategien und setzt diese mit klarem Fokus auf Umsatz, Absatz, Profitabilität und Marktanteile um.
• Du führst Jahresgespräche, verhandelst Konditionen, Verträge und Promotionen und sorgst dafür, dass vereinbarte Massnahmen wirkungsvoll in den Markt gebracht werden.
• Du erkennst Markt- und Wachstumspotenziale, entwickelst überzeugende Sortiments-, Distribu-tions- und Aktivierungskonzepte und treibst die nachhaltige Geschäftsentwicklung aktiv voran.
• Du analysierst Kunden-, Markt- und Verkaufsdaten, leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfeh-lungen ab und steuerst deine Kunden konsequent anhand relevanter KPIs.
• Du vernetzt Verkauf, Marketing und Aussendienst, führst interne Stakeholder entlang der Kun-denstrategie und bringst Themen lösungsorientiert vorwärts.

Was du mitbringst

• Du hast eine betriebswirtschaftliche Aus- oder Weiterbildung mit Schwerpunkt Verkauf, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft.
• Du bringst mehrere Jahre erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Key Account Management in der FMCG- bzw. Konsumgüterbranche und im Schweizer Retail-/Convenience-Umfeld mit.
• Du überzeugst als verhandlungssichere, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit kommerziellem Gespür und analytischer Stärke.
• Du erkennst komplexe Zusammenhänge, leitest datenbasierte Entscheidungen ab und arbeitest selbstständig, zielorientiert und souverän.
• Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und gut auf Französisch und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, Excel sowie CRM- und Reporting-Tools.
