Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Basel suchen wir dich als Teamleiter : in Facility Management, der mit Leidenschaft und Führungsstärke unser Facility Management weiterentwickelt und zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens beiträgt.

Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für deine zugewiesenen Objekte und bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Nutzer

  • innen, Mitarbeitenden und Fachbereichen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören :
  • Sicherstellen der Qualität, Einhaltung von SLAs und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Dienstleistungsprozesse
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines motivierten Teams (Techniker, Hauswart, Allrounder), inklusive Schulung und Mitarbeitergespräche
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Richtlinien sowie regelmäßige Sicherheitskontrollen
  • Kostenverantwortung : Budgeterstellung, Kostenkontrolle und Reporting zur Einhaltung der Wirtschaftlichkeitsziele
  • Förderung der Nutzerzufriedenheit durch aktive Pflege und Ausbau der Nutzerbeziehungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen (Reinigung, Security, Empfang) zur Umsetzung von „Alles aus einer Hand“-Lösungen

Das macht dich aus.

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Facility Management oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Praxis in Budgetverantwortung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, CAFM-Systemen sowie ERP-Tools (z.B. Planon)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Ergebnisorientierung und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
