Deine Verantwortung

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Business Risk Management Struktur für die Commercial Division
  • Aufbau und Pflege der Schnittstelle zwischen Front Office und Compliance
  • Hilfe bei der Geschäftseröffnung und regelmässigen KYC sowie Transaktionsprüfungen, insbesondere bei komplexen oder speziellen Fällen (z.B. FATCA, CRS, QI, FINSA)
  • Festlegung von Referenzstandards zur Entlastung des Front Office und Sicherstellung konsistenter Kundenprofile
  • Optimierung von Prozessen zur Beziehungs und Kontoeröffnung, KYC und AML, Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Vereinfachung und Automatisierung unter Beachtung der rechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Schulung der Front Office Mitarbeitenden zu neuen Prozessen

Deine Skills

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft und Compliance
  • Erfahrung in Betriebswirtschaft und Compliance
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Regulierungsrahmen und Sanktionsvorgaben
  • Erfahrung in der Beziehungseröffnung und internationalen Regulierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch und Italienisch von Vorteil
