Responsibilities
- Organize and manage logistics for events in Switzerland and abroad (conferences, meetings, receptions, participation in trade shows).
- Oversee budgets, negotiate with suppliers (venues, hotels, catering, transport, audiovisual), and ensure timelines are met.
- Manage invitations and registrations, and prepare necessary materials (badges, plans, logistical information).
- Act as the main on-site contact to ensure smooth event execution.
- Coordinate the annual events calendar and advise internal teams on their own projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage branded materials.
Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in large-scale event production.
- Good organizational and logistical skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience preparing professional documents and presentations.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and a team player with a proactive approach.
- An excellent knowledge of English and French. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
